Brief
Gap Analysis is the process which involves the comparison of actual performance with potential or desired performance Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag;
invalid names, e.g. too many.
Any difference between the actual performance and potential is identified as the performance gap.
Philosophy
Gap Analysis is based on 3 questions:
1. Where we now?
2. Where we should be?
3. What needs to be done to get where?
