141.2 is the well know constant with is used for converting from the Darcy's law units to the field units

Darcy's law for the radial flow:

$q = 2 \pi \frac{kh}{\mu} \frac{rdP}{dr}$

In Darcy's units:

$\frac{[cm^3]}{[sec]} = 2 \pi \frac{[D][cm]}{[cP]} \frac{[cm] [atm]}{[cm]}$
